We currently ship across the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries, including Brazil and other supported regions.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

Brazil Shipping

For customers in Brazil:

  • Orders shipped within Brazil may arrive in 14–21 business days, depending on region.

Tracking Information

Delayed or Lost Packages

TWENTY THREE IMAGINATION is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Incorrect Address Policy
